Web HelloCRM charges you a flat monthly fee for unlimited use of our platform — broadcasts, flows, contacts, automation. However, Meta (WhatsApp) charges separately per message when you use the Official API. This fee goes to Meta directly, not to us.

  • What we charge: the monthly subscription price below.
  • What Meta charges: per template message sent — roughly RM 0.06 – RM 0.40 per message depending on category (marketing / utility / authentication).
  • Example: blasting 1,000 marketing templates may cost ~RM 60 in Meta fees, on top of your subscription.
