4.3 WhatsApp Chat Data: We do not permanently store WhatsApp Web chat messages on our servers. Chat messages are fetched on-demand directly from your active WhatsApp Web session and displayed in your dashboard for the duration of that session only. We do not maintain long-term chat archives, and no chat history is retained once your WhatsApp Web session disconnects or your WhatsApp port is released from your account. Users are responsible for exporting or backing up any chat history they wish to preserve. We bear no liability for any loss of chat data as a result of this policy.

5. Google User Data and Limited Use

5.1 When you connect your Google account to Web HelloCRM, we access information from Google APIs only to provide and improve the features you have requested. We request the minimum scopes necessary for these features.

5.2 Limited Use Disclosure: Web HelloCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.3 We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the requested features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. Humans do not read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
